As market dynamics shifted and prices for Myanmar Teak surged, we strategically diversified our production line by introducing new species, Merbau. At the same time, we began producing T&G solid wood flooring, broadening our product offerings and unlocking new market opportunities. In 2015, we shifted our focus to exports, with China emerging as a key market for our solid wood species, particularly Perah. Our ability to meet international market demands was strengthened by significant investments in specialized equipment, including Kiln Drying (K.D.) units, Pressure Treatment systems, Moulders, and Rip Saws. These advancements enabled us to ensure consistent quality while adhering to strict delivery schedules—critical factors in maintaining strong client relationships. 

In our efforts to reduce dependence on foreign labor, we adopted automated production lines, which led to significant capital investment in our production infrastructure. To further streamline costs and quality control, we began sourcing logs directly and outsourcing some sawing processes to local sawmills. 

In 2019, we reached a new milestone by obtaining a sawmilling license. This achievement allowed us to take full ownership of the log processing stage, further integrating our operations and giving us unprecedented control over the entire production process—from raw materials to finished products. Our investment in multiple log processing lines enhanced our ability to meet the demands of a rapidly growing market while maintaining our commitment to superior quality.
